Certainly I am much travelled around the world and this was right up there with the best service I have ever received. This was, I think, down to the understanding that you both had about what the visitors' needs were at each point in time, the fact that you made the hotel fit around us (and not the other way around), great quality of food and consistent enthusiasm and professionalism from those of your staff that were encountered.
